Here at The JWM 4x4, we want everyone to love all the products that they purchase. We know that sometimes not everything works out as hoped. That's why we have listed the steps and all the info you need in case you need to make a return.
We stand by our products and that is why we have a 7-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy and a 1 year limited warranty.

Returnable Items 

The Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
  1. Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival.
  2. Items received in the incorrect fitment/color.
  3. Uninstalled and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within  7 days of receiving. Must have all hardware, instructions and products in box.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns of items in the following conditions:
  1. Items outside of the 7-day return timeline
  2. Installed, scratched or damaged items, used or misused items.
Notes: All returns must be authorized by JWM 4x4 via email. Returned items without the Return Merchandise Form will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note:
  1. Shipping costs to return the items are at the customer's expense.
  2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered air mail method that is available.

How to Return 

Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays: 
  1. If your item(s) are returnable (see above), please email information to our Support Center stating your:
    1. Order number
    2. SKU number or product name
    3. Reason for return
  2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form along with our return address.
  3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the return form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid returns receipt.
  4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund. It typically takes 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed and the money issued back to you.
