All items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other speciality and giveaway items, please allow up to 5 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
Our fulfilment house is located in North America and across Europe
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages due to size. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please email support at info@jwm4x4.com and we will do our best to help you out.
You can track all order directly on our website. Most tracking will be found using USPS.com. If your order is going to Canada - Please Note: Once your packages cross the Canadian border, your tracking will be found on CanadaPost.ca and will no longer be found on USPS.com

Our grille Insert has been designed to allow maximum airflow through the insert to keep the engine perfect at a perfect temperature while allowing enough protection against any object that may cause damage to your Jeeps radiator. A customer of ours Will's drove a 5800+ miles from Atlanta to Vegas in sever temperature of up to 112 and 120 and did not have any issues. We have had them installed on our Jeep's from day one, it's safe to say that you should NEVER have any issues with your Radiator overheating due to our Grille Insert.
All products on our website have a 12-month limited warranty unless stated on the product.
